1. Who is responsible
The controller for any personal data processed through this website, digitalkwarts.com (the “Site”), is DigitalKwarts OÜ, registry code 14197740, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: [email protected].
This policy covers the Site only. Our products — including Magic Chapters — process personal data as described in their own privacy policies, published on the respective product websites and apps.
2. Browsing the Site
The Site is a set of static pages. We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising, and the Site makes no requests to third-party services from your browser. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner.
Like any website, the Site is delivered by hosting infrastructure that technically processes your IP address and standard request data (such as the requested page, timestamp, browser type) in order to serve pages and to keep the service secure and available. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Such server logs are kept only for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
3. When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we process your email address and the content of your message in order to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where your message relates to a contract, steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Data may be processed on our behalf by service providers we use to run our infrastructure and email, under data-processing agreements, and may be disclosed where the law requires it. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- request access to, and a copy of, your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive data you provided in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) — or with the authority in your country of residence.
6. Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them through it.
7. Changes
If we ever change how the Site works — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this policy first. The current version is always published here, with the revision date shown above.
8. Contact
Privacy questions are welcome at [email protected], or by post to DigitalKwarts OÜ, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia.
